For landlords, the legal requirement to ensure that all properties are regularly checked for carbon monoxide poisoning and a Gas Safety Certificate is obtained can be a head ache. At EPM 24/7 Ltd we can arrange these for you with the minimum of fuss and disruption to you or your tenants.

A Gas Safety Check (CP12) must be carried out by a registered GAS SAFE engineer on a yearly basis. Our qualified engineers are able to ensure your properties are inspected to ensure all gas appliances and flues are properly installed and maintained.

EPM 24/7 Ltd can contact the tenant direct if required and ensure a mutually convenient appointment is made when needed. Once the inspection has been completed we can take payment via card over the telephone and your receipt and certificate is emailed to an email address of your choice immediately. We will also ensure that you are reminded each year when the existing certificate is due to expire, to ensure you are never left uncovered.
