The Legal Stuff
All goods remain the title of EPM 24/7 Ltd until paid for in full.
Whilst EPM 24/7 Ltd will endeavour to uphold their two hour response and appointment schedule, due to traffic conditions and events beyond our control this may not always be possible. EPM247 Ltd will not be liable for any loss of earnings or any other charges occurs by the customer.
If a part is required by the customer which needs to be specially ordered, the customer would be subject to a 20% restocking charge should the work be cancelled.
EPM 24/7 Ltd does not officially quote over the telephone as whist our staff will be happy to advise you as much as possible, until we have examined the problem we cannot give an exact price.
EPM 24/7 Ltd will not ask for payment up front except for special order items and some heating spares, you will only be expected to pay for the work once it has been completed.
EPM 24/7 Ltd will provide cover for any goods being delivered to your property whilst in transit against damage. Once they have been delivered to you, any damages must be reported to our office immediately (upon receipt of delivery).
Should an item covered by manufactures warranty need attention we will contact the manufacturer whom may need to attend your property. You will need to allow the manufacturer access between 08:30 – 17:30 to allow them to investigate and rectify the fault
All work carried out by EPM 24/7 Ltd carries a full 12 months parts & labour guarantee, should a fault occur we would ask you to contact us as soon as possible. We will not be liable for any damage as a result of a delay in notification or for any loss of earnings or any other charges occurs by the customer.
All data regarding clients will be held confidentially we will NOT share your details with any third party organisations other than your address for the purpose of delivery of materials.
All payment must be made upon completion of work, unless prior arrangement has been made. Failure to do so may incur additional charges.
